Gluten Free Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup gluten free Bisquick
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Wash blackberries under cool running water. Drain.
  3. Mix together the Bisquick and ½ cup sugar (set aside remaining sugar).
  4. Mix milk into the sweetened Bisquick.
  5. Place blackberries in the bottom of a 9x3 pan.
  6. Pour batter over berries.
  7. Pour melted butter over berries.
  8. Sprinkle remaining sugar evenly over mixture to give it a golden crust.
  9. Bake until lightly golden
