Gluten Free Cobbler Recipe

- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup gluten free Bisquick
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash blackberries under cool running water. Drain.
- Mix together the Bisquick and ½ cup sugar (set aside remaining sugar).
- Mix milk into the sweetened Bisquick.
- Place blackberries in the bottom of a 9x3 pan.
- Pour batter over berries.
- Pour melted butter over berries.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar evenly over mixture to give it a golden crust.
- Bake until lightly golden
