Keto Recipe Cauliflower Breakfast Hash - Low Carb Meal Planning

Low-carb KETO - delicious
  • 2 cups cauliflower – grated
  • ½ large onion - chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese – grated
  • pinch salt
  1. Heat pan on medium and add bacon fat/oil.
  2. Sautee' onion until translucent.
  3. Toss cauliflower in mixing bowl with cheese and egg.
  4. Add cauliflower cheese mixture to skillet.
  5. Cook until cauliflower hash is caramelized on bottom and flip after 3-5 minutes
  6. cook another 4 minutes. Cauliflower should be tender, and hash should be golden brown.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Eat alone, with ham and/or with fried eggs!
