Ingredients
  • 2 large, ripe avocados
  • 12 ounces small cooked shrimp (no tails- thawed and drained if frozen)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pit and scoop flesh out into a medium bowl.
  2. Add shrimp, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Divide salad into bowls, lettuce wraps or avocado skins to serve.
