Chop cauliflower into florets. Add cauliflower little at a time in a food processor or chopper and pulse until cauliflower pieces are about rice size.
Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces. Add the asparagus to the food processor or chopper and pulse until the asparagus is about the size of rice.
On medium, heat teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add another teaspoon of olive oil to skillet. Stir in cauliflower, asparagus, and spices (hold the salt). Spread veggies over the bottom of the skillet and cook about 2 minutes. Stir. Repeat until tender. (10 minutes)
Season with salt.
