Turmeric Cinnamon Tea Blast

Recipe type: Iced Tea
- 1-2 Tbsp. black or green loose-leaf tea*
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. turmeric (if supplement doesn't have piperine, add pinch of black pepper)
- 1 tsp. (or more to taste) honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice**
- lemon slice (optional)

- ** try Swerve sweetener - my fave!
- Add tea, cinnamon, turmeric, and sweetener together and stir in small bowl
- Add just enough hot water to bowl and stir to melt and blend
- Fix tea as usual, steeped in hot water for 3-5 minutes in pot
- Remove loose-leaf tea
- Add sweetener and spices to tea and mix
- Pour into an ice-filled glass, and serve with a lemon (optional)
