Healthy Weight Loss Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea

Healthy weight loss lemon ginger turmeric tea is a soothing treat and delicious to boot. You’ll enjoy taking the time out to take care of your body and it will thank you by becoming healthier!

Healthy Weight Loss Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea

Turmeric and lemon both contain numerable properties offering health benefits and together, work well as a weight loss supplement.

The combination with ginger is good to control blood pressure and increase physical and mental performance.  Additionally, cinnamon helps to balance blood sugars and can fight the accumulation of fat in your system.

Weight Loss Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea

Ingredients

    • 1 cup hot water
    • ¼ tsp turmeric with piperine*
    • juice of ½ lemon or 2 drops lemon essential oil
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • slice of ginger root or drop of ginger essential oil
    • ½ tsp Swerve (for Keto), honey or other favorite sweetener

*Additionally, it’s imperative to use a turmeric with piperine (black pepper) for proper absorption in the body!

Instructions

  • Add turmeric to the cup of hot water and stir well
  • Stir in the lemon juice or drops
  • Add ginger drops or root
  • Add cinnamon
  • Let sit for 5 minutes
  • Spoon out or strain the ginger root if using
  • Stir well so the turmeric doesn’t stick to the bottom & enjoy
